Meet Jon Riddell
Your Trusted Guide to Ojai Real Estate
Living Ojai, Not Just Selling It
There’s a difference between an agent who works in Ojai and one who lives its life. Jon Riddell knows the valley the way only an insider can — which neighborhoods catch the evening glow, where the trails start, when Pixie season arrives, and why the whole town turns out for Ojai Day, the Ojai Music Festival, and nights at the Ojai Playhouse and Libbey Bowl. That knowledge isn’t trivia. It’s how you choose the right street, the right lot, the right home.
Local Knowledge, Trusted Guidance
Jon helps buyers and sellers navigate Ojai real estate with calm guidance, honest communication, and a commitment to trust, transparency, and results. His experience includes first homes and luxury estates alike, VA home purchases, investment properties, and relocation services for people discovering the valley for the first time — especially buyers coming from Los Angeles in search of a second home or a slower pace.
Luxury Expertise Behind It
As a Global Real Estate Advisor with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, Jon brings world-class marketing, a global network of qualified buyers, and skilled negotiation to every listing — the trusted-advisor standard of a luxury brand, delivered by a neighbor.
A Year in Ojai
Life here runs on a local calendar: Pixie tangerines in spring, the Ojai Music Festival in June, long summer evenings on the Ojai Valley Trail and at Lake Casitas, the Ojai Film Festival and Ojai Day in the fall, and Radio Roma nights and farmers-market Sundays all year round. Jon doesn’t just sell that life — he helps you move into it.
