Featured Communities of the Ojai Valley

Every corner of the valley lives a little differently. Here’s Jon’s insider guide.

East End

Ojai’s prestigious east end: larger lots, mature oak groves, and architectural homes with room to breathe — including restored mid-century gems like 4210 Grand Avenue. Quiet and private, yet minutes from downtown.

Arbolada

One of Ojai’s most established neighborhoods, just above downtown: tree-lined streets, classic California homes, and an easy stroll into the village.

Downtown Ojai

Live in the heart of it all — walk to the historic Arcade, Libbey Park and Libbey Bowl, Bart’s Books, the Ojai Playhouse, and the Sunday farmers market. Homes here trade lot size for lifestyle.

Mira Monte

Valley-floor living between downtown Ojai and Oak View: convenient, friendly, and close to schools, the Ojai Valley Trail, and everyday essentials.

Meiners Oaks

A community-minded neighborhood at the western end of the valley, with the Los Padres foothills and trailheads — Shelf Road and the Ventura River Preserve — right at its doorstep.

Upper Ojai

Head up the hill for acreage, privacy, and sweeping views of the Topa Topas and the valley below. Rural estates, ranches, and retreat properties on the road toward Santa Paula.
